On Saturday, July 21st at the UWE's Meltdown event in Harrisburg, PA, Adrian Vanitoso (or as known by his fans, Adrian Pauroso) suffered a dislocated ankle fracture as a result of an unfortunate mishap during a wrestling match. While we all wish it was just part of the show, Adrian's injuries were real. He was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital where he underwent surgery to repair his ankle with plates and pins. After two days in the hospital, Adrian was released and is thankfully at home recuperating.
But the story doesn't end there. As many of you know, the UWE is a family-driven professional wrestling company that puts on family-friendly shows for people of all ages. As a vital part of the UWE family, Adrian now needs our help. He now faces steep medical bills and weeks of painful recuperation and rehabilitation before he can even think of stepping back into the squared circle.
Adrian has done a lot for the UWE, now it's time for the entire UWE family (wrestlers and fans alike!) to step up and do something for him. So, please, whether you can give a dollar or a hundred dollars, let's pull together and help one of our own.
