Help Me Adopt Ten Toes!

Ten Toes is a stray/feral kitty that has been wandering the neighborhood for a few months. He is not microchipped, neutered, and has no collars or tags. He has stayed in our back yard for a few days before and he even comes when we call for him. He loves to hang out with us, and we love having him around. We really REALLY want to adopt him and bring him into our home, but before we can we have to make sure he does not have any diseases and is vaccinated (because we have other pets). This tends to be expensive, and we've had difficulty trying to go through the Humane Society. We are asking for help in covering the vet fees needed in order to bring Ten Toes inside to finally be a part of the family (and so I can stop worrying about him every day and night like a mother).  We are hoping to get him in as soon as humanly possible. Any help is greatly, greatly appreciated. It will mean so much to me to have this little guy safe, protected, and in my life all of the time.
