emergency surgery bill

As you all know, I love my dog more than anything, and I had to rush her to the vet this morning. Turns out her stomach is twisted and they're having to do emergency surgery. As a single mother, I'm not really set up to have extra money on hand for emergencies like this, and could use a bit of help. The surgery itself is around $1k and who knows how much the suppliment stuff will cost (boarding, medication, etc). So, if you have an extra dollar or two to spare, that would be great. I'll happily send thank you cards and miniature art pieces to as many people as possible. 

But please help my best friend.
