CUSTODY issue.

My children's father has filed a "PETITION TO MODIFY CUSTODY". The court date is October 9th at 10:30 am. With our current move I can't afford a lawyer. He has one.   I can't really get into it too much because the first agreement states I am not allowed to talk about it. But if you want to talk to me personally I can. Please help with what you can. Even just a few dollars from anyone adds up!
