An incarcerated individual writes his story from the inside to the outside for people to learn about how the secret code is created. The unspoken code of silence develops in people of a similar need, want and desire.
 
Information and knowledge is power and the people who involve themselves in a code of silence know this. Withholding information from those who need it can be the key to getting what you want. Those who participate in code of silence know this better than anyone. Being part of a strong group of people can be so important that no amount of force can leak the code of silence, in such a way it will give you the shivers.

In Hollywood there live thousands of agents, promoters, and wise guys who are set on deceiving new arrivals. Driven and talented people have cast the haters aside and risked everything to be where the action is – yet these shady characters manipulate their hopes and dreams to hustle them out of every dollar they have. Though they act the opposite, they’re not working in the best interest of individuals with honest talent.
  

The best way to fight hustle is with a better hustle. And I’m writing the book on it.

My Story

I am equipped from birth with first hand experiences of the mean streets. The lessons I draw from Hollywood life – the ones I’m working to pass along – are centered on teamwork, and authentic, street-smart networking – not the type you learn about in a business course, that doesn’t translate into the real world. The gatekeepers to success value the right connections -- this book will tell you how to keep your head when you’re starting with nothing.

Why am I putting out this valuable information? Because in the hustle, your network is the basis of everything you do. By recognizing the worth of this cause, myself and my readers – and you, the generous contributor – will form a team that can only strengthens itself. Publishing this book lets me take my message worldwide. And though my focus is on Hollywood, the hustle is everywhere.  Readers can arm themselves with the lessons from my struggles and set out in their home towns with a new outlook, ready to be the star wherever they live.

Why I Need Your Help

It turns out the publishing world is a hustle just like everything else. I need to pay my dues to them, because my important message deserves a proper package. Funding will support cover design, printing, first and second edits, ISBN registration, copyright registration, fees, marketing... and more marketing. Both books will be sold in stores and online, with digital conversion to formats such as Kindle, Nook, and iBook. I also have my eyes set on international publishing in many languages. We’re going to get this looking flawless, then put it on blast.
