Help Fund Leo's Intestinal Obstruction

Almost a year ago, we rescued a two month old kitten from the Bonita Animal Shelter in San Diego, CA. Leo is now a one year old Maine Coon kitten. He recently (Friday, May 23, 2014) got a strawberry sized hair ball stuck in his digestive track. Originally, it showed that it had gotten stuck at the entrance to his intestines. Orignally, we thought that treatment was impossible. We thought that we had to euthanize a one year old kitten. In the end, we just couldn't do that. Leo means the world to our family, and we couldn't imagine life without him. Thankfully, after days of not eating and drinking, it seemed that he had thrown thrown up the hairball himself. He still hasn't eaten or drank in 6 days, which worries us. He has been given saline under his skin for the past 4 days to keep him hydrated, which in itself has been very expensive. We've already spent over $1000 so far just to keep him alive while they figured out the problem. As of now, it looks as if Leo no longer needs surgery. We are very happy to recieve this news! He not needing surgery at this time helps a lot financially, but we still have been stuck with a pretty big veterinary bill. Anything helps, even a few dollars. Thanks so much for visiting! Leo is now home with us (hopefully for good). His vet bills were still very expensive, so help is still appreciated.
As a college student, it is very hard to pay off these bills. I am a full time student; I have no job. My parents have paid off Leo's bill to the veterinarian, as he needed immediate attention, but I need to raise money for Leo to pay them back.

Update: May 29,2014: The mass near Leo's stomach seemed to have been a hairball. He threw it up and has been acting much better than he has the past few days. :)
