Help our diabetic dog, Cannon
Donation protected
I've been with Cannon since he was born, literally pulled him from the womb, and having to take him to the vet in a panic was just scary. We weren't sure what was wrong with him. After a couple of tests, we found out his blood sugar was nuts, he was super dehydrated, he had some sort of bowel obstruction, and he was diabetic. I thought I was going to have to make a hard decision. But the vet gave me a lot of hope.
He had to stay at an overnight facility, and has been doing great. He's eating and moving around and seems to have his energy back. He's stablized. He'll probably have to be on insulin the rest of his life, but he's alive.
Only problem is that all of this has absolutely wiped us out financially. We were required to pay everything up front, and if there's any unexpected costs, we won't be able to pay. I will gladly post more pictures of Cannon and the progress he makes, and I'll do my best to answer any questions. We just need a little help right now is all.
