According to ACS In 2014, there will be an estimated 1,665,540 new cancer cases diagnosed and 585,720 cancer deaths in the US. Cancer remains the second most common cause of death in the US, accounting for nearly 1 of every 4 deaths.
My father was recently diagnosed with Stomach Cancer in 2013 and me and my family didn't reliaze how real cancer was. Once my dad was diagnosed it really hit home for us.
On June 22nd at 6pm I will be hosting a benefit concert for children, adults, men and woman suffering with cancer or who has survived cancer. I will be giving all the money raised to American Cancer Society. This event inspired by my dad.
