Restore Me - Phase 1

Hello, my name is Kay and I’ve been wanting to launch this project for some time now. Not sure what you think of it, but here goes.
This project begins with taking six ordinary folk, 40 years or older, who have fallen short in life due to circumstances that got the best of them. I work as a contractor, and last year my salary was decreased by $13,000 year, I needed help desperately to help me keep my head above the water. Initially, I did not get the help and my life began spiraling down. Fortunately before I lost everything, my family stepped in and helped restore me. I am almost to the place where I used to be, and will soon be able to move forward in life. My desire is to do the same for others. The goal is to place them in a nice, clean house (separate rooms, with exception of couple) and provide them with the resources they need to complete their education, secure full time permanent employment and self sufficiency. Their time limit in the house is a minimum of one year. At the end of one year, the goal is to be self sufficient.
Examples of Population Served:
Couple:
Male – Amputee/Visual impairment
Goal: To get him enrolled in an educational program to complete his GED, secure long term, permanent job.
Female – Unemployed/Limited work skills
Goal: To get her trained and gainfully employed in a position where she can feel she is a positive asset to society.
Male – homeless; some college, works as laborer on repetitive short term positions.
Goal: To get him enrolled in an educational program to learn and complete a skill within six months and placed in a long term, permanent job. (Local resources available.)
Female – Unemployed/Previously worked in positions that did not require high school completion.
Goal: Complete GED; gainfully employed and self-sufficient.
Male – homeless. Professional. College degrees. Currently employed in blue collar job trying to work way back up to self sufficiency.
Goal: Provide a place to stay and assistance to employment, secure housing and become self sufficient.
Male – homeless. Work repetitive short-term construction jobs. Trying to get out of the construction industry. Former business manager.
Goal: Provide place to stay, reassessment of skills, secure employment, housing and become self sufficient.
