Please Help Tony RIP

Tony is just one of many rescued kittys at Holisticats Rescue, Refuge and Hospice. Tony came from a feral colony as a kitten with his sister, Tina, and several others. He is just 3 years old, and has been a very healthy boy until now.
Tony urgently needs to see a vet to get the necessary bloodwork ($100) and possibly an ultrasound ($3-400) to confirm whether or not he does have a severe case of acute pancreatitis, which can be life threatening. He is severely dehydrated and subQ fluids do not seem to be resolving the problem. He is nauseated and unable to eat anything without vomiting; he is also in a great deal of pain...he needs injectible medications for the nausea and pain which require an Rx from a vet. He will also need to have an IV cathether ($200) and maybe a feeding tube ($???) so that I can provide the necessary care, or he will not survive.
I cannot get help for Tony if I cannot pay at the time of treatment. After more than 20 years doing rescue, I now have just SS for income and the cost of everything has gone up. I have already used up all funds I had in reserve for such emergencies and have exhausted my savings, as well. There are no "free clinics" for rescues and vets here do not help us "pro bono." If you can't pay, you can't get treatment.
