I am an experienced Area Supervisor for a franchise unit that is looking to open MY OWN restaurant. My dream is to open and run a successful restaurant that will be fun and entertaining for customers of all ages. Envision a restaurant with beautiful big screen televisions that broadcast a variety of sports. Televised interactive trivia broadcast on additional televisions throughout the restaurant so that family and friends can play against customers at other tables and with customers in different restaurants with various trivia categories. Booth seating that is the shape of a football, soccer ball, baseball, tennis ball and cheer pom poms. Special seating and group pricing for our local school, church and athletic associations. Customers are encouraged to bring a disc of their special occasion so we can televise their team, wedding, graduation, family vacation, etc...(dvd or slideshow) throughout the restaurant while enjoying their meal. We will of course view all customers videos prior to televising them for the restaurant to ensure materials are suitable for all ages. The menu will consist of a variety of dishes to fulfill even the biggest of appetites, from giant sandwiches to mouth watering seafood we are sure to please your palate. Since this restaurant is catering to our sports enthusiastic of Jacksonville, we will also offer a special selection of gluten free meals as well as a healthy selection of low carb and low fat entree's. We will offer an extensive children's menu including healthy options as well. At 30 minute intervals select staff will entertain customers with a short dance, song, or give away. This restaurant will be a celebration of humanity, for when you celebrate and show recognition to others for their achievements you touch the hearts of all those around you. About me:
I am a 41 year old divorced mother of four children. I earned my Bachelors degree in 2009 from the University of North Florida with a GPA of 3.8. I took on a position as a Sandwich Artist for a local Subway restaurant while waiting to enter Florida Coastal School of Law. I never did make it to law school because I was quickly promoted in the wonderful world of Subway. I became a Store Manager in a little over a year and an Area Supervisor about a year after that. I am currently an Area Supervisor but was notified that my current owner plans to sell his Subway locations in the next three to four years because he is getting out of the food industry (he own's several other businesses). I guess you can say that I've found my niche in life and LOVE it! After the devastating heads up that my owner will begin selling his stores in three or four years, I began thinking about what I would be doing. I'm really good at what I do and really enjoy serving my customers needs. After a lot of thought and prayer, I decided that I am going to reach for the stars and open my own restaurant.
