I am trying to help raise money to have my sister Kathy Handy cremated. She has been in the Wayne County Morgue since March 14! Where Marcus Hutson ran her over along with her friend Wayne Sanders killing them both on 6 Mile and Meyers in Detroit. I want to have her remains divided in half.
