Help Steve Walk Again

This is our Steve,  father, grandfather, partner, brother and friend!

Steve who has always been there for us, who fought in the Vietnam war, who if you had a sick horse would be operating at the wee hours of the morning to keep it alive.

An active man who loved the ocean and sailing, making beautiful pieces of usable art out of wood who would make your house a piece of art too by repairs, upgrades etc.

On March 26, 2015 a stroke took all that away. During the first 21 days we were not sure he would live and one doctor even mentioned we might want to end it.

He fought and we fought to keep him alive where he went from comatose to barely walking by only holding on to a rail on the wall.

Medi medi has deemed you have to leave after 100 days and therapy at home is minimul. His therapist thinks that a weight bearing treadmill just might be the key to him walking and that is where we are going with the Fund Me and with having door openings widend as no wheelchair will fit him into a bathroom

Help us put this man on his feet.  

It has been an emotional roller coaster for such a strong man as he is and also for the family.
