howard beach flooding

my daughter lives in lindenwood section of howard beach. She was flooded from hurricane sandy, lost everything. finally got settled . now she lost everything again from april 30th, 2014 rain storm. She needs to buy all new furniture, appliances. she had to relocate temporarily with her fiance and three cats to her mothers. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
