Help two bros+cat stay not-homeless

Hi there, Internet. My name's Nicolai, you may know me as Medley, or supertigerbutt on Tumblr. I'm 19 and live in Germany with my brother and my cat, Loki.
I'm going through a tough time right now. After I was kicked out of my old home, I crashed at my brother's place, only to find that he'd been having major depression, which essentially caused him not to take care of anything. At all. This has left him in debts on many fronts - Taxes left unpaid(someone's coming soon to try and confiscate stuff, luckily we have pretty much nothing), rent left unpaid, bills left unpaid.
Currently, I am struggling to fix this. I'm doing tons of paperwork in order to get some of the state's welfare flowing towards us, and dragging my brother to various offices so that -hopefully- he may get approval for funds, and maybe eventually can get a job.
The reason I'm asking for donation is that I'm at my wit's ends here. As a student, I'm only making 590 bucks a month, which in Germany affords you a small apartement and expenses for one person - And we're two plus cat. Hadn't my brother taken me in, I'd be on the streets right now, so it's partially the wish not to be on the streets together as well as the fact that I just...well, I owe him that much, no? And we're brothers. We ought to try and stick together.
To be honest, the goal set is more of a dream goal - Everything you have to offer will be of help. With 2,4k Euros, for example, I could pay rent and side costs(food excluded, but I -do- have a bit of income right now and with lots of luck might get more in a few months) for my brother, my cat and me until September.
