Benedict Richardson Funeral Fund

On Friday April 25th 2014, we suffered a major loss as a family and as a community when Benedict Richardson suddenly passed away. Benedict was a lively, bright and loving young man with a promising future ahead of him. Benedict had a difficult journey coming from war-torn Liberia and growing up in a refugee camp in Guinea. Through all of his trials Benedict remained a respectful and ambitious young man, who was excited to start his new life in America! Though we do not know why young Benedict was taken from us so soon, we trust and believe in God and know that he is in Heaven, resting in perfect peace.
The sudden and tragic death of Benedict has placed a tremendous financial burden on his family with trying to raise funds to hold young Benedict's funeral along with trying to also raise funds to secure a Visa for his mother to come to America for his funeral.
