Chickasha Festival of Light

During the 2013 holiday season Chickasha's Festival of Light was closed 5 weekend nights due to inclement weather. Many of those were historically busy nights for the Festival, and it's estimated that more than $40,000 was lost in donations and gift shop sales as a result of the closings. The icy conditions also caused extensive damage to thousands of lights, which will need to be replaced for the upcoming season. Without financial assistance, the Festival will be forced to scale back for the 2014 season. Donations will be used to purchase replacement lights and for general operating expenses.
