Sick-Homeless Mother of 3 in Need

As-Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu,
Ya Akhawaat I am reaching out to you all in regards to a sister in need. Allah (swt) says: "The likeness of those who spend for Allah's sake is as the likeness of a grain of corn, it grows seven ears every single ear has a hundred grains, and Allah multiplies (increases the reward of) for whom He wills, and Allah is sufficient for His creatures' needs, All-Knower)." (Qur'an, 2:261)
She is a single mother of 3 children, who is homeless and has a bad illness. Alhamdulillah she hasn't had any hospitalizations in the past 3 weeks, but they can occur at any given time. She has no food and very little clothing at the moment for her and the children. She has severe hyperthyroid disease which has caused to lose an extreme amount of weight and is causing her pancrease to fail. Therefore she has a hard time controlling her blood sugar which keeps her hospitalized quite a bit. Anything that can be contributed is very much appreciated. Even the smallest amount helps.For those who can not give monetarily charity by dua is certainly just as wonderful. Jazakhallah Khair in advance for all your help.
