Surgery for my Puppy

Welcome!! 

My puppy currently has some growths that the vet is worried about and says I should have removed for her own health!! But I can't afford to do that, so I'm asking for help.

This is what it's looking like it's going to cost:

Removal/Anesthesia Gas - $487.50 (this is the high end)
Examination - $38
Hospitalization - $40
Catheterizaation - $38
Fluids - $18 to $30
Anesthesia set up - $35
Injection - $17
Atropine - $7.50
Pain Med Injection - $7.04
Injection - $17
Anesthetic Injection - $42.70
Injection - $17
Anti-Inflamitory/Pain - $14.14
Injection - $17
Polyflex- $7
Cephalexin - $20.50
Rimadyl - $56.20

I'm pretty sure those last two are her pain meds once she leaves.

There are are a couple of optional things that I would like to try for as well:

IDEXX Catalyst - $145 (blood test since she's an older dog)
ECG Screen - $48 (another thing good for older dogs)
IDEXX Biopsy - $191.18 (to make sure it isn't something horrible)

I'm going to set this up for the top things that are necessary for the surgery to even happen. And if it looks like we'll reach it I'm going to extend the goal for the other three just to be safe!!

Anything you can do will help!! And would be more than appreciated because I've only had my puppy for three years now even though she's eleven. And she's everything to me!!
