Medical Financial Emergency

My name is Brian Thomas Armstrong, and I am sadly and painfully afflicted with a genetic heart disorder called Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. The symptoms of this genetic mutation of the heart that is passed down from a parents bad gene are: Shortness of breath due to stiffening and decreased blood filling of the ventricles, chest pain due to reduced or restricted blood flow to the coronary arteries, uncomfortable palpitations due to the aforementioned ischemia, as well as disruption of the electrical system running through the abnormal heart muscle, also lightheadedness, fatigue, and fainting and of course the deal breaker - sudden cardiac death. These symptoms have been snowballing downhill since a devastating heart attack that killed me three times and took seven 360 volt electric shocks to bring me back in 2010, and the symptoms of Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy have progressed to the point of un-bear-ability that I am virtually bed ridden now with my only source of income right now being the State of Washington's disgraceful and cruel disability payments of $198.00 dollars a month and $185.00 dollars in food stamps that I am allotted by the state every month that of course in no way covers my $850.00 rent, nor utilities, phone and internet "“ more than just a luxury if you are bedridden most the time. I am not asking for a hand out, a hand up, or a loan I can't pay back, just help if you are willing and able. On my last and most recent hospitalization last week due to the diseases miserable complications my cardiologist sat down with me and told me the disease is incurable, and my life quality was unfortunately going to get progressively and rapidly worse due to the complications of the disease. She informed me that my three choices were a progressively miserable and increasingly painful fully aware incapacitation, a morphine drip slow death of slight awareness of the world I still barely exist in, or a heart transplant. I took her referral to the University of Washington Cardiology department for an assessment for the transplant waiting list and faxed it into them. Now of course is the waiting game. My trouble is that I am financially wiped out after four years of being out of work due to no longer being able to work as a private contractor due to the extreme physical limitations, and the rest of business society's refusal to hire a financially non-viable 52 year old physically impaired chronically ill person to their workforce "“ Go Figure. That's my story, please help if you are willing and able, if you can't, please pass on this request to someone you think may be able to help "“ Thank you for your time, sincerely Brian Thomas Armstrong.
