Medical bill, prescription, gas

My best friend, Beth Rose (age 46), was diagnosed on April 11,2014 with small cell lung cancer. Since then doctors have realized it had spread to the brain, liver, and spot on overies. She was working but now she can't work. The insurance from her work was due to be started in May but due to this diagnosis she is unable to get coverage from there. Presently her son and I are the only ones able to assist with travel cost, medication cost, treatment costs along with trying to keep normal bills up to date. I have tried to contact Amerian Cancer Society but they no longer assist. We have started the process for SSI/Disability but we all know how slow they work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. The only thing we can offer as a reward would be prayers for each and every donation we recieve. It takes alot for me to ask for help, but I am running out of ideas (and things to sell).
