As you may know, I have been fortunate enough to receive a scholarship for the registration fee for the Summer Institute for Theology and Disability in Dallas, Texas at Highland Park United Methodist Church and Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University.

I do want to do that! I want to articulate and apply the theology for each and every body: every height, every weight, every color, every queerness, and every ability, as well as many others that we could imagine. All bodies are good. If you know me, you know that my intersecting identities are always present, and that I intensely live the experience of a person with a disabled body.
Please join me in making this learning experience possible. I am asking that each person think in terms of giving $5 (five dollars); of course, if you can give more, that would be helpful. All of us need all of us to make it. I don't want to miss out, and at the same time I don't want you to miss out on the gift that this could be to both of us.
