Medical & Living Expenses

First off, this is by far probably the most humiliating thing I've ever done and my pride is really not liking me right now. That said, I had umbilical hernia surgery on Jan. 27 and am still recovering from the surgery. The stomach muscle's that were cut during the surgery are not healing properly but I finally was able to talk my dr into releasing me back to work, on May 19 against his wishes as I could lift a water bottle the wrong way and rupture the muscles very easily so I had to sign a waiver stating I wouldn't hold him liable.
I had no option b/c  UTILITIES WILL BE SHUT OFF ANY DAY NOW. 
My fiance' doesn't work due to taking care of our 2 girls and our 6yr old son who has autism and has dr appt's and is homeschooled so I am the sole provider for my family.
My short term insurance company decided, on their own, to stop paying my short term disability payments on March 9, even tho my surgeon nor my dr. had not released me to work.
That basically mean's there has been zero income since March 9 and I have no other option's but to do this so I can provide for my fiance' and our 3 kid's.
My case with the short term disability insurance company was in appeals and has been upheld ,and after speaking to a lawyer, I was told my suit against aetna would not help at all as I'm not looking to get rich quick. We just want the money that aetna owe's us and nothing more so lawyers are saying it's not worth their time or mine. I was told that aetna spoke to my doctor and he told them I could very easily rupture the stomach muscle's due to them not healing properly but they still upheld their initial ruling by not paying me any more.
I have done everything I possibly can to try to be able to provide basic living expenses such as food, gas, medicine's, doctor co-pays, and other thing's and have had no luck with anything.
The money donated will be used for rent, utilities, food, gas, dr appt's, medicines, etc.
I am open to any suggestion's as well in order to be able to provide for my family, please send me a message if you have any idea's.
My family and I would greatly appreciate any help at all, if you are able to and if not, it's totally understandable.
