"My Kingdom For A Daily Driver!"

In the spirit of giving and internet automotive enthusiasm, I would ask that you all consider the following.
I'm a good father to my children. I have only one, but I'm so good, I'm even good to those which haven't been conceived and all of those which never will.
I frequently help friends move. With or without beer, I help people I know haul things they own to places they're going to live.
When I have a job, I'm a hard worker. When I don't have a job, I work hard at finding one.
I may not believe in God, but I'm such a good guy, I'm sure if one existed, it wouldn't mind.
Now I do all of this, the fathering, the working hard at getting working, the moving things in for people and even the perfectly civil and respectful atheism, all without a vehicle.
It is in this spirit and knowing that the magic of crowd sourcing has no bounds, that I humbly ask you, the community of the internet, to help me buy this truck.
Its not much of a truck. It's nothing gawky or luxurious. Its as much truck as a man needs, for a price he can't pay.
It's American made, as is evident from the custom molded broken rear window. And it's truckness is undeniable after one look at that flat bit behind the cabin. All in all, its what America was made of.
But much like America of today, I am in a bit of a spot. I find myself stranded and unable to get up (in this case, to work or anywhere) without the use of some good American engineering and, a public bailout. Being named neither Chrystler, nor JP Morgan, I sadly don't qualify for tax revenue. However like myself, the truck is not a Chrystler either and is therefore, all the more deserving of your charity.
And so, to fund this project, which I've cleverly titled "My Kingdom For A Daily Driver," I've opted to turn here, to the internet, to ask as so many have before, for you to pay for things you don't need yourself, without any real promise of prizes.
