Help Lee get out of debt

Hello my name is Lee and the last three years have been rough  and left me in some debt. I currently only make enough to pay for rent, gas, bills and nessesities leaving nothing left over. I'm looking to pay off state fees, overdue bills, tickets (for no car insurance/out dated stickers) and take care of car things (get insurance, new dl, update stickers, oil change, replace shattered window). As well as pay off people who I owe money too.

For two of the last three years I was homeless and lived in my car. I have recently moved into a home with friends and am hopefully on my way to getting back on my feet, but having these bills still looming over my head is really holding me back. I'm looking to start a savings account, go back to school, get back on medication, and take care of my 3k in hospital bills but none of those are very possible without taking care of the above bills first.
