Malay transcended into heaven Saturday September 12, 2015 at 10:49am. We've started a campaign to raise money for funds for her memorial service. Our daughter, our sister, our mother, our auntie, our friend, our companion, our Love Malayphone Kounlavongsa, an infinite & infectious bounce of prismatic light -- has had her homecoming after a more than courageous fight with colon & lung cancer. The beginnings of having to maneuver through this terribly painful time is one we know we cannot do alone. Malay believed in the luxury of often living past her means if it meant having her family & friends & their families & friends -- entertained & close, happy, carefree & loved. That being said since her transcendence we are up against costs that we collectively cannot handle on our own.
