King Drew Goes to SeaWorld

Every other year, I have brought my marine science students as well as the marine science club with me on a 2 day - 1 night trip to SeaWorld San Diego. Our school is located in South Los Angeles (the neighborhood of Willobrook - located between Compton and Watts), which is a predominantly working class community with limited financial resources. The students have worked hard to raise money to pay the program fees for 40 students this year, but unfortunately, the group lined up to donate the bus recently backed out, which has left us struggling to find a way to pay the $1,900 bus fee in the next few weeks. 
Most of these students have never been away from home, been outside of the inner city, or seen marine animals up close. I'm trying to not let money be a barrier in the education and experiences of these students.


Please help me continue taking these students on this trip that they will never forget and continue working hard to be successful in school.
