Missions Trip to Guatemala

Hi Friends!
This summer Ben and I have an amazing opportunity to join Elevate Church Daytona as our team travels to Guatemala to minister to an orphanage and elderly home and assist a mission there. We will be part of a 9 member team going, and the only bilingual members of the team. We believe that we have a distinct advantage with our understanding of Spanish language and culture to be able of effectively reach and help the Guatemalan people. We also plan on using our strong background in music, drama, children's, healthcare, and construction ministries to help the mission. God has given us some unique talents that we use regularly here in the USA, but we also know that the Great Commission commands us to "Go into ALL the world...." Ben and I have always dreamed of an opportunity like this and have often supported many others as they have gone abroad on missions, but it never worked out for us to be able to go ourselves. This time, we are both able to take off work and can go! We are so excited as this has been a dream of ours since before we married 24 years ago! All that stands between us and going is money. I have been working additional hours and have already raised $700 of the $3200 for the trip, but anything you can consider donating would help us reach the goal and send us to the Guatemala people. Would you please pray about this and consider donating to help this mission?
