Attorney Fees: Help Me Bring Them Home

Hi all, as most of you know I have been in a custody battle for almost three years. The girls came to live with me last January on a temporary emergency order after their father was arrested on a domestic violence charge and he was not allowed to have contact with the girls for three months. In August of last year much to our horror the judge returned them to his care with no explanation or reasoning offered in doing so. Since then Abbe (10) and Axelle (8) have been diagnosed with acute stress disorder and the therapist stated that had they not been in my care for 8 months she would have diagnosed them with PTSD. On Friday Chloe (12) tried to committ suicide. I have an attorney and she is ready to move forward agressively to bring the girls back to a safe and loving environment here with me. Unfortunately I am a single income household and I do not have the necessary funds to move forward. It has always been difficult for me to ask for things I need but I am letting go of that today in an effort to save my children. Chloe is currently in a mental health facility in Tucson so she is safe for now but she will likely be released by the end of the weekend.
