In Loving Memory Of Avery Jean

I am starting this fund for my dear, sweet friend, Savannah. She lost her 2 year old daughter, Avery, last night to natural causes. It was tragic and unexpected. Avery was SUCH a fighter! Born at just 23 weeks gestation, during her first week of life she weighed only 15oz and was 11.5 inches long. She was diagnosed with Congenital Sucrase-Isomaltase Deficiency (among other micro preemie related things) and was fed a special formula with a tube in her belly. But she was SO happy and such a joy to everyone's lives. 

Savannah and Dison were unprepared for this tragedy as Avery was doing so well. I would like to help them with any needs they may come across in the coming weeks.
