What is the Perspectihedron?

The Perspectihedron is a transportable stage and lighting booth currently being built by SDMP. The Perspectihedron will be traveling along with 20+ Chicago artists and performers to numerous festivals and events this upcoming summer. We will be presenting dance performances, live painters, flow artists, and music producers on this stage.The Perspectihedron will feature multiple lighting schemes and will use state-of-the art "motion capture programming" and projection capabilities to accompany dance and flow performances!

SDMP needs to raise an additional $2000 for the construction of the Perspectihedron.

Who is SDMP?

Subconscious Development Motion Project is a multi-media collective centered around arts activism. Our mission is to spread awareness and promote critical thinking through making art that is accessible to the masses. SDMP produces, thought provoking work that investigates motion from the micro to the macro. We use an array of artistic mediums and thrive on collaboration to bring our creative visions to life. SDMP host community outreach art events ranging from workshops, flow jams, parties, and participatory art installations to create unity through artistic exchange and development. SDMP lives to engage audiences through creating innovative installations, performances, workshops and events. Our work allows us to connect with our audiences viscerally, and stimulate new thought processes. We make art not only to entertain but to heal and inspire.
