Starting a business is hard.  Starting a medical practice that is trying to change the way medicine is practiced is even harder.  Trying to do so while keeping costs low and giving a quality of care and service that far exceeds expectations is a little bit crazy. Doing this all while putting kids through college is downright idiotic.

Well, I am asking you to support this idiocy.  I don't want to grow too fast (and reduce our quality) nor do I want to raise my prices.  On the other hand, I do want to have a salary enough to pay my bills at home.  To do so, I need to be able to use my profits to grow the business to become the transformative model of care I envision, while meeting my responsibility to care for my family.
