Jake's Fight for new lungs

Jake has suffered from cystic fibrosis since birth and is now 28 years old patiently waiting for new lungs. He needs a double lung transplant in order to survive. He is currently listed in Boston but we are trying to get him double listed in Cleveland for better chances of getting lungs. His quality of life right now is very limited and he really needs these lungs so he and I can get married on May 31st and continue our journey in this wonderful life. Please help us to live happily ever after!
