Layla needs some Help..please

My dogs are the most important thing in the world to me. I have 2 rescues and one is in need of some medical assistance. Layla was rescued from a high kill shelter after walking the streets of Philadelphia and thanks to PAWs rescue who pulled her and saved her from euthanasia. I saw her sad looking picture when I received an alert from the website called "Adopt A Pet". She looked so pathetic, dirty, and skinny. I drove to Philly with my other dog
and decided to adopt her to help my other dog with his separation anxiety and to give Layla a new life from walking the streets. She was so shy and appeared to have been abused. If you raised your hand, she would 'duck' as if she were going to get hit. I can tell her entire left side had some kind of issues as if she were lying in a cage and nursing. Yes, I think she was a puppy mill dog. On her left side, she had a big brown spot on her skin from being bitten by fleas. Then the vet discovered her left ear was infected. Then we discovered her left eye had a cataract. What does that tell you? Her teeth are all decayed and the vet says she desperately needs a deep cleaning and possible surgery. And now I just noticed she is growing a cyst near her left ear and it continues to get bigger. The vets will be lasering that off when she goes under for her teeth. Her age is unknown but vets are guessing she is between 5 and 7 years old. And the rescue and vet are guessing she is a maltese mixed with maybe shizu. She is the sweetest dog and just wants to be held and loved. My Finances are a little tight right now with a hefty mortgage payment of $1,800 plus other expenses and I desperately need a new car after 16 years. My car is a 1998 Honda Accord with over 200,000 miles and a rear main oil seal that I can not afford to fix. But as I said before, my dogs come first, so if anyone out there can help with Layla's medical expenses it would so greatly be appreciated.
