Welcome to my fundraising page - I am a US team member and a reigning National Champion in whitewater slalom kayaking. I have been competing for over 20 years, and set my sights on the 2014 World Championships in Maryland and 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
I have started this fundrasing to cover my travel and race expenses and to help me reach my goals.
I will represent the US Team at the following events this year:
World Cup in London, Great Britain
World Cup in Ljubljana, Slovenia
World Cup in Praha, Czech republic
World Cup in Seu d Urgel, Spain
World Cup Final in Augsburg, Germany
and
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS IN McHENRY, MARYLAND, USA
Why $8000?
$2500 two plane tickets to Europe plus boat transport
$1000 travel expenses in the US and Europe
$2000 new boat and paddle
$2000 food/accommodation
$500 other expenses (physio etc)
