medical learning convention

hello, my name is hilda cortez , i'm the eldest of six children. my mother is a stay home mom, my father works as a campus aide. my parents are on a low income budget but work very hard to provide for me and my siblings. i'm in 11th grade ,my gpa is 3.75 i'm in honor roll. since i was 12 years old i always told myself i want to be a doctor because i enjoy helping other people . this year i got a letter from envision medical institution to go to usc for a whole week to learn and practice medical techniques & i also will receive college credit. i was the only student of my high school to get selected to attend this seminar. i need to rsvp by april 30th to attend in this convention. anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated. thank you.
