surgery

i went into the military in september of 2013 and was sent home in need of surgery on my kidneys! and i have yet to get it because the military isn't covering it and i can't afford the procedure. and i've been getting sick more and more. and it's time to have the surgery. please if you can help me get up the money so that i may be able to get better.
