Ron's Race

Well. It's been a year. A year gone from my life. MY LIFE! Of running; eight miles a day, six days a week. Still trying to get in shape. Trying to get back in shape. Still slow. Still awkward. How long's this gonna last? I honestly don't know. Only God knows. I pray to him every day; before the run and then finally when the run's over. Each day I get a little stronger, I get a little faster, I get a little tougher. Each day I go a little farther. Each day. Every day. Well I need a plan; a plan to strengthen myself even further. With weights and kettlebells and all sorts of new equipment. Not to mention a stopwatch. And I'm joining the Forest Park Road Runners Club as well. A lot of new expenses here for some very important projects. The money that you donate to this plan will help ensure my victory in the ongoing pursuit of abundant physical health and abundant emotional prosperity. And I'll be looking for you too … at Forest Park, or the streets of Manhattan, or whatever Marathon I can qualify for as soon as it is possible.
