Dental work/Oral surgery

I am a professional drummer and currently do not have any medical/dental insurance. I DESPERATELY NEED Oral Surgery to remove a couple of broken teeth, one being a wisdom with an exposed root.The affected teeth hinder my ability to chew properly, causing severe pain when I try to eat. I also need a few fillings and a cleaning. However, if I could just get the broken, painful, and embarrassing teeth fixed, that would be a big step in the right direction! Thank you for your time.
