Outreach 2 Teach, Help a School in Need!
Donation protected
Hello!
My name is Runda and I am the Vice-President and President-Elect of the Student North Carolina Association of Educators (SNCAE). I am contacting you in regards to a community service project, Outreach to Teach, that SNCAE is organization with our college/university chapters across the state.
On April 5th, members of SNCAE chapters will travel to spend the day at a school in Guilford County. This school has been selected particularly for its need for both resources and revitalization. We will be painting murals, cleaning, adding to the media center, and making over the teacher's lounge.
I and my fellow organization members are approaching you to ask if you might be able to donate money to fund this project. The more money we raise, the more we can do to help this school. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, the students and teachers at the school deserve to have access to quality books as well as a safe and comforting learning environment. No donation is too small!
Our executive team will also be taking young adult book donations. If you would like to make a book donation please email me at [email redacted].
Many thanks,
Runda
State SNCAE Vice-President/President-Elect
UNCA SNCAE President
