Meet Kaeden and Aspen! These amazing kids have worked really hard and have both been accepted into The Elite Ecole Texas summer ballet intensive in Austin, TX. It is a 2-week intensive and is part of The Joffrey Workshop. This is the first year Kaeden is old enough to study at an intensive and he is really excited!
They currently dance at Oklahoma Performing Arts, Inc. in their pre-professional dance company, Tulsa Youth Ballet. They spend countless hours dancing and doing community service classes, performances, and presentations. Dance is their passion!
They are doing several things to earn money toward their ballet intensive costs. Aspen is making and selling hairbows and headbands and she babysits as her dance schedule permits. She and Kaeden are working together to host a Spring Break Extravaganza (Day Camp) and have several children registered already.
Though they are ambitious, dance intensives are expensive. In the past, Aspen has raised half of her costs and we have matched the other half. They have both received merit based scholarships to offset some of the tuition.
YOUR DONATION will help these young students achieve their dream of continuing their arts education by studying with Mr. Buddy Trevino, Ms. Susan Trevino and some of the country's finest ballet instructors in true Joffrey tradition.
You can be assured that they will continue to work hard toward earning their way as well.
