Pam's Crematory and Funeral Expense

My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer on September 18th, 2015. We live in New Orleans, La. and our 3 oldest children and 5 grandchildren live in Pa and Md. We need to raise money to help with medical bills, prescription costs and travel expenses so that she can spend as much time with them as possible. We have been told that the cancer has already spread outside the lung and that no surgery can help and that chemotherapy will only prolong her life for a little while. We have always been able to hold our own as we have both always worked and struggled for what we have. Now that we only have my income and it is substantially lower due to now missing time from work, we find ourselves in an awkward position to reach out and ask for help. Any help at all would be appreciated deeply.
