We, are the SOLOIST. A 7 student and 2 teacher team from Middle College High School at Los Angeles Southwest College trying to raise $10,000 to attend a student leadership conference in Washington D.C.
Informed youth leadership is in high demand. And we want to Be The Change You Want to See by Achieving Social Justice Through Leadership and Advocacy. Hosts from the Academy of Health Sciences at Prince George Community College are planning and facilitating a 4-day experience in and around Washington, DC, to engage Congressional leaders, specifically Karen Bass and Maxine Waters to support our educational needs and aspirations.
No donation is too small, or too large. Hotel and Conference fees: ***$1000 per student ($575 registration and $400 airfare - approximates).
