My Kitty Needs Kidney Surgery
Donation protected
My soul mate, my two-year-old kitty Ahri, created in the image of perfection, had an accident this past Presidents' Day. She escaped through our back yard fence, winding up in our next door neighbor's back yard along with their full grown rottweiler.. and I watched him put the love of my life in his mouth and start to rip her apart. :(:( My hero of a boyfriend, who loves Ahri almost as much as I do, jumped the fence and risked his life to save her. I still can't go outside..
Her first surgery went well. The doctor was worried that one of the puncture wounds was deep enough to pierce an organ, so he had to open her up. Six days after her surgery, she developed an abscess from one of the bite wounds. The doctor surgically drained the abscess to find it had spread all the way back to her kindney. While cleaning out all of the infected and dead skin, he couldn't find an important tube that connects the kindney to the bladder because it was hidden in her fatty tissue.
Ahri now needs a dye test ran to see if any urine is leaking into her abdomen, and if so she will need the KIDNEY REMOVED! I am a 21 year old female, working as much as possible to pay off my own hospital bills from my emergency appendectomy I had last year, and I didn't have health insurance.
Any contributions and/or prayers will help and be more than apprectiated by me and Ahri especially! I am hoping we can all come together and help save Ahri!! Thank you so much in advance for anything donated!
