Desperate Dancer - Prisca needs your help to get to Summer School.
£25 donation will earn you a personalised signed photo; £50 a signed pair of pointe shoes. No donation is too small as every pound helps.
"With my graduation less than two years from now it is important for me to gain experience and understand the employment opportunities for classical ballet dancers throughout Europe.
My application has been accepted for the Amsterdam International Summer School, in association with the Dutch National Ballet. The two week course costs €1,800 including training, accommodation and meals. Travel costs are not included.
My dad is just back in work after many months unemployed so our family budget is tight. At present I have vocational ballet lessons six days each week, generally in excess of five hours each day - on top of my A level studies. This leaves me little time to find part-time work to help fund extra training such as this summer school. Please help me reach this import goal. Thank you, Prisca."
