My name is Susie Norman. For many years I have dreamed of owning my own business. I would like to be in control of my future, but have never had the financial resources to make my dream come true. I have a passion for travel, especially the cruise business. Specifically, I want to buy a cruise business as a female owned company.
My background is 25 years of being an Administrative Assistant. In the past few years, I have developed a real passion for travel. I love helping others make their travel dreams come true. Frankly, I'm already helping strangers with their travel, but doing it for free.
In a recent position as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, I researched, planned, and booked a company incentive trip for 28 sales contest winners, executives, and spouses. I was solely responsible for the budget, airfare, negotiating transportation, hotel, cruise and team events for the entire party. On the last night of the cruise, the CEO called me to his cabin and congratulated me on such an amazing job on the trip, not to mention I saved the company over $40,000.00. Right then I knew that this is what I was meant to do.
With my passion for travel, entrepreneurial spirit, experience in negotiating travel and computer knowledge, I know that I can finally be successful at something that I love. I have never owned my own business and I do realize I will need a lot of perseverance and determination to be successful. I know that I am ready for this challenge.
My Company Mission:
To deliver a remarkable experience thru my superior quality of service and passion for traveling. I want to help people fulfill their dreams and fantasies on the best cruise lines and the most exotic vacation destinations in the world.
I need assistance to help pay for the franchise fees, new computers, a projector to do group presentations, travel expenses for training in Ft. Lauderdale and to purchase a trade show booth.
