Help us get out of bad housing

i am in need of home for me and my son. we are both disabled he has autism and mmr i have end stage renal failure. we are living in a motel apts .  have been sick most of my life. with alot of stuff i was in the hospital between the age of 1 to 6 more then home . i was abused bye a naighbor from age 5 to 9 . no one knew this was happening .i was good from  being sick till after i had my son at age 18. then i got asthma and diabetic tpye 1. i also had a kidny disorder  and i have factor 5 blood clot distorder i also have fibormaylga 'gout so i wish i could work but my doctors do not want me too. i also have pstd and deprestion i am working with that please even if you can't help please share with other who maybe can.i am also trying to lose weight so i can go on tranplant list need to lose 120lb. i am on dialysis 3 days for 4 hour a day . it makes me so tired after i.it is very hard to do. thank you for your time
.i guess from what  i guess i need to say more about this yes i need help to pay off the the ud. i also need to get a lawer to fight the ud and someone got a cerdit card in my name a ran it up. it may take to three years to  get it off my record. plus need to get a personal trainer for me and matt i have to lose so i can lose one hundred twenty lb so i can get a kidny transplant. matt needs to lose weight becuase of his heath don t want hime to be like me and his dad. there is alot more but i don t have any more room
