Save Bear the Service Dog

My beloved service dog had to be retired early when his health started to decline. We now know that he has a tumor on his adrenal gland, and it is growing dangerously close to his vena cava vein system.
Bear worked as my service dog for about 2 and a half years before his health began to falter and we had to retire him and start running tests. Bear is only somewhere between 7 and 8, and this surgery would likely prove to cure the strange and uncomfortable symptoms he has, and could add 5 years or more to his life. If Bear does NOT get this surgery, this tumor will grow into his vena cava system and disrupt it, and result in his death.
For much of my life, I have struggled with high anxiety, depression, and PTSD. School was always difficult, and I have had a tough time maintaining a job for years. Bear has helped me to work through these trials and stay free of self harm for several years now. He is there for me to help calm me during panic attacks, or help me ground myself after the occasional flashback. He has walked me through several rounds of college classes now, and enjoyed helping me run errands. This may not sound like a lot, but Bear has given me my life back. Please, if you can, help me save his.
