What do we need ?
We at London Spiritual Events and Socials are looking to raise money for Sleeping Bags for London's Homeless.
We have people power, many people are willing to come out and help on our homeless walks, offering warmth but what we need now is some really good quality warm sleeping bags which can be a life saver on a cold night !!!
We can all go back to our warm centrally heated homes after our walks so let's make a difference and help those who don't have that luxury. A luxury that should be a basic right of every human being !!
Also looking for a good resource to purchase good quality sleeping bags at cost or indeed having some donated !!!
Why ?
It's Cold out there !!! Last year I felt inspired to make a difference and I got involved in getting some friends together and going out to offer warm clothes, conversation and food for London's Homeless. Now I am back in London and ready to do more kicking off with a walk 'It's cold out there' with my meetup group. I have some incredible people onboard, helping with our homeless work.
If you would like to get more involved, we are a Spiritual Socialising Group and we often get involved in helping to make a difference in the world that we live in. Essentially we bring together like-minded friends for events, socials and fundraising projects.
