I want to go home please

My name is Xian Zander Perez and my appendix just burst. My mommy took me to the hospital and here in the Philippines, that means we have to pay before I can go home. I just want to go home. 

My name is Marcus Tipton and I am running this campaign for a friend who is very much like a beloved little sister to me, and mostly for her dear son who has just experienced a very intense operation for such a little guy. Mostly he is very shy, but he opened up to me and really touched my heart. His mother and I have worked on numerous charitable operations together, but neither of us ever did it for a paycheck. We both lead very simple lives, but now it is our turn to ask for help. 

The hospitals in the Philippines are not nearly as expensive as hospitals in other locations around the world, but they require for the bill to be paid in full before the patients will be released. A token payment has been made with borrowed funds, but there is still an outstanding balance of over twenty thousand pesos ... or just over four hundred US dollars. This balance has to be paid in order for Xian to be able to go home. I have asked for seven hundred US dollars in order that his mother can pay the bills and also continue to purchase the medication necessary for what will be a very tough time during his recovery. He is currently at JBL Hospital in San Fernando in the State of Pampanga in the Philippines. If there is any way you can find it in your heart to help, it would mean a great deal to a great many people.

Who knows what the future holds, but thankfully he had the operation before the appendix ruptured bad enough to cause further harm. My grandfather in law died of a ruptured appendix because he refused to go to the hospital.
